Acrostic Poem About Fathers Day - Writing

 Hey Guys!

So its really sad that we are in lockdown right now :( But apart from that in writing today we did a thing for like fathers day since it is coming soon! So the first thing we had to do is write a plan and then after that we can like make a song, a poem and like other stuff I guess? I wrote an acrostic poem :) Its not the best but I thought it looked pretty cool! Anyways something I found hard is doing the acrostic thingy words I had to get help a little from someone but it was all good :] Something I found easy is doing it?? I don't know? Mr Batman

Hey Readers,

I've just gotten back from the Philippines and for writing I have been writing about a Batman picture. It was very challenging because I haven't really been doing much school work in the Philippines. So some things might be wrong so please tell me in the comments! I experienced it sort of easy but also kind of challenging because I only had a couple of day's. If I were here for the couple of weeks I could've made my To Persuade but I couldn't because I was too late doing so I had to do a picture prompt. Here's my work :)

*Door opens and shuts* “Good Evening Mr. Batman, what would you like tonight?” The baker said. Batman looked at the menu and said in a low deep voice “ I would like a cup of tea and a bagel please?” the baker looked at the night sky “Ok so you don’t have a mission today huh?” Batman sat where he could see the night sky *Montage music playing* “Here you go sir, have a good night” the baker said and smiled. Batman drank his cup of tea and ate his bagel, Batman didn’t even take his first bite but the bat signal lit up. Batman quickly took his first bite then spawned his batmobile “Oop Batman you forgot your checklist” the baker shouted, Batman replied “I’ll pay you next year”. The baker added his debt to the list “Batman has gotta pay a lot he hasn’t been paying…” The baker said while sighing gently. SWOOOOOOSH Batman flying on the starry night sky.

Metaphors With Ms Hodgson.

Hey Readers!!
Today in writing we did mini lessons, and what did we do for mini lesson? We did Metaphors with Ms H. It was kind of hard to do because I find Metaphors hard but Simile's are easy for me to. The words your often suppose to use is 'was' 'is' 'were' 'are'. Why did I find metaphors hard? it's because I cant use the words 'as' or 'like' because are like describing things so. The thing that I found easy is I guess really nothing...

Pigeon Impossible

In Literacy today we watched a short movie called Pigeon Impossible. The movie was about a very mysterious  pigeon who tried to steal a bagel. Walter,  the secret agent needed to complete his mission. He stopped the explosion of the rocket but it didn't end exactly he wanted it. We had a choice of 4 tasks. They were Wanted Pigeon, Comic Strip, A Newsletter  and write another mission for Walter. I choice the Wanted pigeon because I thought it was pretty interesting so that's why  I picked The Wanted Pigeon. I had to create a slide or a doc and I also had to include the character/a description about the pigeon, What he was wanted for, When he was last seen and the reward if someone find her.

Six sentence story

This week in writing we wrote a six-sentence story about creating a character and adding detail.Our focus was on creating sentences.We learnt that the four criteria of a sentence are,,that  a sentence must make sense and your sentence has to have a one idea,and the  third one is sentence has to have a space (  ) next to each word and last but not least the fourth one is that you have to have a capital letter at the start of your sentence and a full stop at the end.I kind of found this easy i guess,but choosing my character was a bit challenging for me.comment if you want to give me some feed backs on my writing.

Lipogram

The two boys had a battle around the world for a flamy dragon.

Today in writing we used a picture prompt to create a lipogram.A lipogram is a sentence without using one particular letter.We had to write one interesting  sentence describing the  picture without using the letter 'i'.I found this challenging because I use the letter 'i' a lot so that's what I found challenging.
